Her experience includes family practice, urgent care, pediatrics, women’s health, telehealth, palliative care, and hospice care, as well as clinical leadership and case management.
Jennifer Adame brings professionalism and warmth to every patient interaction, ensuring clinical operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Helen Perales is the first friendly face patients meet at TFHC. She welcomes and checks in patients, schedules appointments, verifies insurance, and answers questions by phone and in person — making sure every visit starts smoothly. Her patience and attention to detail keep the front office running well and help patients feel cared for from the moment they walk through the door.
